First things first. This isn’t an eating manifesto…it’s just what I consume in a day. That’s it. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong or that you should follow suit, okay?
Summer schedule, let’s go!
5:30-6:00 am | Wake up. I’m an early bird so I naturally wake up at this time. Maybe take a few sips of water. I do not eat anything before walking.
6:30 am | 3-mile brisk walk (13-14/min pace)
Two days a week, after my walk, I go straight to weight training with my personal trainer. While driving to the gym, I will eat a nutrition bar, either Luna Lemonzest or GoMacro and drink water. I’m not really concerned about protein at this point, just getting some carbs for energy. Otherwise, I will lose energy faaaaast while lifting weights.
8:00 am - Weight training with my personal trainer (30-min session 2/week). Drink water in between sets. My favorite water bottle - doesn’t leak or spill!
