I'm happy Cat Saddler has been so open about her lifts. She looks gorgeous. I remember hitting 44 and having that moment when I looked in the mirror and all of a sudden didn't recognize myself. The narrative around women in Hollywood over the age of 50 "looking amazing!" is so frustrating. There is zero mention of plastic surgery, only how incredible it is that they seem to have defied the odds and gravity! I'm sorry... Demi Moore does not look like that because she eats right and meditates. Lindsay Lohan's juicer is not responsible for her new face. I think the other pressing factor in the To Lift or Not To Lift debate is who can actually afford it. Now not only do we have to struggle financially, but we have to LOOK like we struggle financially.
