I knew about the brown eggs vs. white eggs argument. I don’t buy brown eggs…I have always run into at least one bad egg that has to be tossed because of blood spots. The reason is the brown shells make it harder for bad eggs to be seen because of the dark shells…so I have much better luck with white eggs. I do try to stick to free-range eggs and/or organic, but only white shells!
