I shave my face and maybe you should too
It's really about great skin, y'all. (With video tutorial!) #peachfuzzbegone
If you asked me how you could immediately improve the appearance of your skin, would you believe me if I told you to start shaving your face?
Well, here I am. Telling you to grab a razor.
I do believe the fancy marketing term is “dermaplaning,” but let’s call a spade a spade. It’s shaving.
First things first, I have no experience with dark hair on the face…I’m not promoting shaving as the best method if you have dark hairs on the face - that might be a conversation to have with your dermatologist as there are probably better methods to address that.
I’m talking about PEACH FUZZ. You know, the white, very fine hair that covers most of our facial skin.
Is there something inherently wrong with peach fuzz on the skin? No! Is it wrong for you not to be bothered by peach fuzz on the face? No! By no means am I saying you simply must shave peach fuzz off of your face. I didn’t until I was about 45 years old.
But once I started, oh man, I have never looked back.
Here’s why I love it.
