Credo Beauty simply can’t be beat when it comes to clean beauty.
How about we take a gander at some of my very favorite products?
Makeup
Westman Atelier Super Loaded All Over Illuminator Drops - OMG. One drop of this rubbed between my fingers and applied on my cheekbones makes me look like the most well-rested, healthy person on the planet. I have all three, but reach for Peau de Peche the most.
Rituel de Fille Levitation Lash Lifting + Lengthening Mascara - We have a new fabulous mascara. I repeat, NEW FABULOUS MASCARA. This performs like Tower 28 (lengthens, lifts), but it deposits just a bit more product on the lash, so the volume is more intense. Not one smudge or flake throughout the day.
Tower 28 MakeWaves Mascara - I always come back to this one. Always.
Rituel de Fille 3 Drop Foundation - On most days, I just conceal around my nose and undereye area with Blunder Cover or the Merit Foundation Stick, but on the days I want coverage on my entire face, this is what I turn to. I wear shade 125 and it gives me a light/medium coverage that is super skin-like and natural. (Be sure to utilize Credo’s live chat for shade-matching advice!)
LYS Triple Fix Brightening Concealer - This concealer should win ALL of the awards and it’s only 19 bucks. I realize the word “obsessed” is so disturbingly overused BUT I AM. I wear LN6.
Westman Baby Cheeks Blush Stick - I am a bonafide blush aficionado with hundreds of blushes at the studio and I can confidently say that Petal and Chouchette are two of my very favorites.
Roen Beauty Lip Gloss - Oh! These do not get enough love. They are so sexy. (Can we call lip glosses sexy?) The colors are just so warm and nude and cushiony with the slightest hint of mint. (Slight! Barely there.)
Rituel de Fille Thorn Bite Peptide Plumping Creme Lip Oil - All three shades are gorgeous. I wear Rose Bite all the damn time.
Roen Cheeky Cream Blush - Pink Dusk is the most wearable soft warm pink.
RMS Back2Brow Pencil - Best pencil for filling in sparse spots.
RMS ReEvolve Radiance Locking Primer - Makeup layers beautifully over this primer. Top 3 for sure.
Gen See Liquid Eye Shadows - Everyone should have the shade First Light in their collection. It’s sublime in the way it catches the light on the eyelid.
Kosas Weightless Lip Color in Daydream - Daydream is the love child of Stardust and Rosewater. (RIP original Kosas shades.) It’s the perfect everyday pink and it’s not as deep/saturated as the photos depict it. You won’t regret it.
Skincare
PAI Phaze Rebalance Clarifying Cleanser - When I need to perk my face up in the morning or my skin is congested, this is what I grab. It foams! It clarifies! It’s good.
Tower 28 SOS Spray - Rashes, blemishes, weird bumps…If you don’t already use this spray for all sensitive skin maladies, you simply must.
African Botanics Cell Resurrection Serum - Still my favorite retino seruml. (Since 2019!) I’m a broken record in regard to this one.
African Botanics Nutritive Molecule Serum - I did NOT want to love this serum when I tried it years ago. At $250 a pop, I was sure I could find something just as effective for much less. But…you know where this is going, right? I loved it.
It is an incredibly rejuvenating serum that makes my skin’s texture so clear and bright. Bye-bye pores - it has 3 types of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Ferulic Acid, Tannic Acid, Niacinamide, Superoxide Dismutase, Resveratrol, Green Coffee, and Yeast.
Kosas DreamBeam SPF 40 - I live for this 100% mineral sunscreen. It doesn’t leave a white cast on the skin because it has a slight tint to it - not enough to be visible on the face, but to make it blend seamlessly. It also acts as a great primer under makeup.
Bloomeffects Tulip Dew Drops - This applied before my makeup gives a really lovely glow and dewy base. Great for those looking for more hydration. Fragrance-free, yay!
Josh Rosebrook Active Enzyme Exfoliator - The absolute best exfoliating mask that’s super effective but GENTLE.
Hair/Body
Maya Chia Mane Agent - Folks, my hair is long. Like approaching Crystal Gayle long. When I think of how long the bottom half of my hair has been on my head, consider me shooketh. This bonding product has helped to keep my hair strong, nurtured, and free from breakage. It’s super lightweight - I just apply it to my damp hair and style as usual…doesn’t weigh my hair down at all.
Lolavie Glossing Detangler - Super shiny and feels weightless. Best detangler out there.
Lolavie Shampoo and Conditioner - Smells so damn good! These combined with the detangler are gold.
Alo Magnesium Reset Mist - I prefer magnesium be applied topically and this mist is fantastic. Magnesium is the best for good sleep, calmness, and muscle recovery.
Innersense Whipped Cream Texturizer - My favorite hair pudding that smells like a dream. I use just a bit of this on my dry hair to create texture and separation and control frizz.
Ellis Brooklyn Fragrances - Super Amber is my most-worn fragrance. If you like cozy, skin-like scents that aren’t overpowering, you will love it. I also like Iso Gamma, which is a clean version of Escentric Molecule 01.
Doctor Rogers Restore Lip Balm - I have 12+ of these lip balms in my house, car, and bags.
Goldfaden MD Hands-to-Heart Treatment - Ladies and gents, don’t neglect your hands. This hand treatment is solid gold.
There you have it! If you have any tried-and-true faves, leave them in the comments for all of us to see! Happy shopping, friends.
xx
Sarah
and has anyone tried U Beauty's new tinted moisturizer or Kjaer Weis'?
Question re lipstick: I absolutely adored the prior lipsticks from Kosas in almost all the shades (as originally recommended by the fabulous Sarah) and one of my go to shades was Undone. Sort of a hybrid of a blue red and a brownish rose. Love it. But alas it is almost gone. Has anyone an idea for a dupe? Anything in the new Westman Atelier line?
Thanks!
